GST

All items purchased from VTackle include GST and a Tax Invoice will be provided to the purchaser.

Liability

  • VTackle is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
  • Failure to comply with any of the above terms will result in delays and/or possible non shipment of an item.
  • Buyer accepts all responsibility for providing the correct delivery address.
  • Any item not delivered due to a wrong address will be charged the full shipping price again.
  • By purchasing on our Store you are agreeing to all of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Customers must read and agree to the Shipping Costs, Delivery Policies, Selling Policies, Warranty & Returns from VTackle before purchasing.
  • All freight charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Insurance is an option which is offered on items in Checkout. For International buyers a AUD3.00 insurance fee is compulsory.
  • All items are sent via Australia Post or our local delivery service.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery within Australia, before contacting support. In most cases deliveries will be much quicker (2-3 business days).
  • We can only supply customers with the exact item that they have purchased, we are unable to change styles, colours or sizes. Please read the item description carefully before making your purchase.

Warranty and Returns

All items sold by VTackle come with a 12 Month Warranty. If there are any issues as stipulated below, then we must be contacted within this timeframe.

Replacements

We have a standard 12 month warranty policy that applies to our products purchases on our Store. This means that if the item purchased was received as damaged on arrival, there is a manufacturing fault, or the wrong item was sent, then please contact us and we will gladly replace the item for you.

Refunds

In the exception that a customer would like a refund for the item/s, we may offer a refund however it will incure a restocking fee of 20%. (NOTE: Initial shipping costs are not refundable).

In this case you will need to contact us. Once you have made contact with us we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Only proceed to send the item back, once we have authorised it. Refunds/Replacements will not be given for damaged packaging.
